A Fusion of Styles from Across Asia in LondonThe fusion of styles from different countries allows consumers to experience new ideas and express their creative imaginations. On 29 July 2007 Nakako Watanabe put on an event in the Malaysian Restaurant 'Awana' in London which brought together textiles and jewellery from across Central Asia and Japan in a 'fusion of performance, fashion and food' called 'Wrap Up Tempo'. The event was supported by embassies from all Central Asia countries and the Royal Asiatic Society. It also attracted much interest, as shown by the presence of leading shoe designer Jimmy Choo.
Kazakhstanforyou was delighted to supply items from Kazakhstan to contribute to this fusion of cultures and to attend this delightful evening. Kazakhstanforyou hopes that this fusion of designs continues and that the style of Kazakhstan will contribute to the evolution of style ideas.
